In 2012, Texas billionaire T. Boone Pickens and his fourth wife, Madeline, announced they would divorce after seven years of marriage. He and his ex entered into a collaborative divorce approach, which reportedly saved T. Boone “millions,” according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Simona Beal v. Andy Beal

In 2010, Andy Beal, then the richest man in Dallas, and his wife of 14 years, Simona, made headlines after their divorce proceedings got messy. Simona was seeking $5 billion in damages, in addition to $15 million in exemplary damages.
